Job Summary
Lead site project management and engineering support to ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of civil and infrastructure projects while maintaining safety and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead site project management and coordinate the project team to ensure smooth progress and timely completion
Provide engineering support by resolving technical issues to maintain project quality and compliance
Review tender documents, drawings, and construction methods to verify capability to meet contractual requirements
Assist in tender preparation and actively participate in project-related meetings to align project objectives
Monitor and control project cost, resource allocation, quality standards, and schedule adherence throughout project lifecycle
Address client complaints promptly by investigating issues and implementing corrective actions to maintain client satisfaction
Implement and enforce safe work procedures on site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and reduce risks
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support project and company objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering recognized by the PE Board
Minimum 10 years of experience managing civil, structural, and infrastructure projects
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD for project documentation and planning
Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead teams and work independently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Familiarity with Land Transport Authority (LTA) and Public Utilities Board (PUB) projects to support relevant infrastructure work
