Recruitment Consultant
to join our growing team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, the Executive Search Consultant Consultant will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment process
, which includes:
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable opportunities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Driving business development activities to identify and secure new business accounts
Managing job offers and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, ora related field
Experience in managing the
full 360 recruitment cycle
, including candidate sourcing, screening, and client engagement will be highly value
At least 1 year of experience in
recruitment, sales, or business development
will be an added advantage
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
