Job Summary

Responsible for managing comprehensive HR administrative functions to support business operations, employee relations, compliance, and office administration, contributing to organizational growth and culture integration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer annual performance evaluations to ensure timely completion

Implement and uphold company HR policies consistently across all levels

Process monthly overtime, medical, and petty cash claims accurately and on schedule for payroll preparation

Register and track staff participation in training and development programs

Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, disciplinary warnings, and manage exit interviews and clearance for departing staff

Manage employee grievances, counseling, disciplinary inquiries, and represent the company in personnel hearings and government investigations

Oversee disciplinary processes to ensure fair and consistent application

Monitor and manage work permit, S-Pass, and E-Pass applications, renewals, terminations, and foreign worker quota compliance; handle appeals to MOM and other agencies as needed

Support yearly accounting and ISO audit preparations and processes

Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of company insurance policies including Public Liability, Workmen Compensation, and foreign workers’ hospital plans

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent

Min 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience in recruitment, payroll, and training is advantageous

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage long-term projects

Collaborative team player with passion for the HR domain

Good understanding of Singapore statutes and legislation
