Sales & Marketing Executive | Building Materials
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:15pm //Saturday: 8:30am – 2:30pm 
• Salary: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement & Sales Support

• Handle customer enquiries and showroom interactions while providing professional product support.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support sales conversion and customer engagement.

• Work closely with the Sales team on customer follow-ups and business development initiatives.

• Coordinate customer requests and follow up with relevant departments when necessary.

2. Marketing Campaigns & Brand Management

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and product launches.

• Support brand-building activities across digital and offline channels.

• Ensure consistent branding and marketing communications across all platforms.

• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.

3. Content Creation & Marketing Materials

• Create and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogues, social media content and promotional materials.

• Manage website updates, digital platforms and marketing communication channels.

• Ensure marketing materials are readily available for campaigns, showroom displays and customer engagement activities.

4. Events & Coordination

• Organise product launches, events, training sessions and customer engagement activities.

• Coordinate with the Operations, Sales and relevant departments to support campaign execution and product readiness.

• Liaise with external vendors, designers and service providers when required.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Track marketing campaign performance and customer engagement activities.

• Prepare reports and recommend improvements for future marketing initiatives.

• Maintain proper records and documentation for marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

• Preferably 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, communications or customer-facing roles.

• Experience in marketing campaign execution, content creation and brand management is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
