We’re looking for a Service Administration Specialist to support service operations, order management and customer administration for a global MNC.

What You'll Do
- Process and maintain service contracts, customer orders and invoicing using SAP CRM
- Manage billing plans, invoices and proforma invoices accurately and within timeline
- Investigate and resolve order, system and data discrepancies
- Monitor and follow up on released orders to ensure smooth processing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updatesPrepare and provide order and contract confirmations
- Coordinate with internal teams and regional/global stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ensure all work is completed according to company procedures, policies and KPIs
- Support process improvement and cost reduction initiatives

What Were Looking For
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Logistics or a related field
-2–3 years of relevant experience in a Shared Services / Global Business Services environment
-Experience in order management, service administration, customer operations, billing or contract administration is an advantage
-SAP / CRM / ERP experience is highly preferred
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken
-Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Good communication and stakeholder management skills
-Comfortable working with regional/global teams across different cultures
-Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
-Willing to support different global time zones when required
