Purple Star Ventures is expanding its professional network and inviting experienced professionals, industry practitioners, academics and qualified individuals to express their interest in joining our Freelance Trainer & Consultant Talent Pool.

We welcome applications from individuals with diverse academic backgrounds, professional expertise and industry experience who are passionate about knowledge sharing, professional development and helping organisations grow.

Key Responsibilities

•Training & Development: Design and deliver professional training programmes, workshops, seminars and webinars.

•Consultancy & Advisory: Provide professional expertise and consultancy services aligned with individual qualifications and areas of specialisation.

•Content Development: Develop training materials, presentation slides, learning modules and other relevant educational resources.

•Business Development & Marketing: Support the promotion of training programmes, professional services and learning initiatives.

•Professional Collaboration: Contribute industry knowledge, practical insights and innovative ideas to support PSV’s growth and client needs.

Requirements

•Possess a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant discipline.

•Have substantial professional experience and demonstrable expertise in your area of specialisation.

•Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

•Possess strong communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills.

•Be self-motivated, professional and willing to collaborate on training, consultancy and related assignments.

•HRD Corp Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is an advantage but is not compulsory.

•Experienced professionals, academics, industry practitioners and retired professionals who wish to share their knowledge through training or consultancy are especially encouraged to apply.

Engagement Arrangement

•Flexible, project-based freelance engagement, subject to business and client requirements.

•Opportunities for physical, remote and hybrid assignments, depending on the nature of the programme.

•Potential assignments in training delivery, consultancy, content development, business development and other areas aligned with individual expertise.
