We are looking for a proactive and experienced HSE Executive to lead and coordinate occupational safety and health initiatives across the organization.

You will play an important role in promoting workplace safety, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining our ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor occupational safety and health policies, programmes and initiatives.
• Coordinate safety audits, workplace inspections and regulatory compliance activities.
• Conduct HIRARC and monitor risk control measures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, awareness programmes and emergency drills.
• Maintain ISO 45001:2018 documentation and support continual improvement.
• Coordinate Occupational Safety and Health Committee activities.
• Liaise with DOSH, government authorities, contractors and internal departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in occupational safety and health.
• Registered DOSH Occupational Safety and Health Coordinator (OSH Coordinator).
• Good knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and Malaysian occupational safety and health legislation.
• Experience in HIRARC, safety audits, incident investigations and safety training.
• Good communication, coordination and report-writing skills.
• Independent, proactive and able to work with different stakeholders.

Added Advantage

• DOSH-registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with Green Book, or currently pursuing SHO competency.
• ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience in facilities management, building operations or maintenance.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
