• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business or a related field.

• Interested in social media, content creation and property marketing.

• Comfortable communicating and writing in English. Mandarin is an advantage for preparing bilingual content.

• Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut or similar design and video-editing tools.

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and short-form video content.

• Organised, attentive to detail and able to follow through on assigned tasks.

• Willing to suggest content ideas and provide regular progress updates.

• Available to work on-site at The Robertson, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

• Preferably available for a 3–6 month internship.

• No prior work experience is required; guidance will be provided.

Please include your available start date, internship duration and any examples of designs, videos or social media work. Coursework and personal projects are welcome.

• Assist with social media content and property marketing activities.

• Create Canva visuals, carousels and simple promotional materials using provided branding and information.

• Edit property footage into short videos and Reels, including captions, subtitles and basic transitions.

• Draft captions, property descriptions and WhatsApp marketing materials for review.

• Maintain a weekly content calendar and schedule or publish approved posts.

• Upload and update property advertisements, including photos, descriptions and availability.

• Organise property photos, videos and marketing materials into clearly labelled folders.

• Assist with taking property photos and videos during arranged visits when required.

• Compile approved property information and images for customer presentations and website updates.

• Track basic content performance and suggest practical improvements.

• Maintain a task checklist and provide brief progress updates, highlighting pending information or approvals.
