​Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing public relations and guest experience initiatives to enhance the organisation’s brand presence and reputation.
• Support the development of engaging communication messages and content for public announcements, events, and promotional activities.
• Assist in coordinating media engagement and maintaining positive relationships with media representatives, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support during events, premieres, launches, and entertainment activities to ensure smooth guest management and positive public engagement.
• Work closely with event organisers, talent managers, and internal teams to support publicity efforts and guest experience arrangements.
• Manage guest lists, VIP coordination, and hospitality arrangements for events and corporate functions.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and assist in handling guest enquiries, feedback, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Support the implementation of publicity campaigns by coordinating logistics, materials, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, public feedback, and event responses, and assist in preparing summary reports when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure public relations and guest experience initiatives align with overall business and event objectives.

Requirements

• Good mannerism and polite
• Presentable and pleasant physical appearance
• Experience in customer service, hostess and PR roles is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
