Kerja Sepenuh Masa Junior Warehouse Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di NNR Global Logistics (M) Melaka - Maukerja

BASIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. Perform recording of details of all incoming and outgoing cargos in the warehouse and to ensure safety of the cargos.

1.2. Ensure that all goods are stacked according to requirement established by the marking and by the client or your manager for all pick up and deliveries.

1.3. Communicates and Implement change as directed.

1.4. Health and Safety compliance with company policy.

1.5. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts stock takes and audit of same to verify results.

1.6. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behaviour.

1.7. Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.

1.8. Experience working within policies & procedures and understanding of compliance in relations to regulatory bodies.

1.9. Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel.

1.10. Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices.

1.11. Supervision of all staff under his direct or indirect control.

1.12. Administration duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved.

1.13. All resources are utilized efficiently.

1.14. Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse.

1.15. Coordinate deliveries with carriers to ensure KPIs are achieved.

1.16. Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices, including new employee inductions and tool box talks.

1.17. Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs with a primary focus on cost controls.

1.18. Monitor warehousing activity inbound and outbound.

1.19. Monitor transport activity.

1.20. Warehousing daily report.

1.21. Custom monthly report.

1.22. Daily cycle count report.

1.23. Weekly operation.

1.24. To ensure the warehouse are clean and tidy

1.25. Perform other duties as and when instructed by immediate Superior.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
