Job Description

• Develop and deliver sales plans to achieve agreed commercial targets.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop account plans that improve portfolio coverage and customer access.
• Monitor market activity, customer needs and competitor updates to guide sales priorities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to support commercial planning and decision-making.
• Present product information clearly and professionally to support informed customer discussions.
• Work closely with internal commercial teams to coordinate customer activities and portfolio plans.
• Review sales performance regularly and take practical action to improve results across West Malaysia.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Sales Manager Should Have

• Experience in sales management and account planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science. Business Administration or any relevant background.
• Strong knowledge of managing customer relationships and commercial discussions.
• Ability to develop sales forecasts, review performance data and identify sales opportunities.
• Confidence in presenting product information to healthcare professionals and customers.
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Ability to coordinate sales activity with internal commercial teams.

• Salary of MYR 96,000 to MYR 120,000 annually.
