We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our retail sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, sales performance, and team development, with the ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Lead daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
• Conduct daily team briefings, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Ensure the sales floor, product displays, and visual merchandising meet company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and assist with stock receiving and stock takes.
• Maintain accurate pricing, promotional displays, and store presentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and workplace safety regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of retail experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and retail operations is an advantage.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
