Review contract documents, specifications, and terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding of contractual obligations and entitlements.
Monitor compliance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, and company procedures.
Identify contractual risks and advise project teams on potential commercial implications.
Prepare, review, and coordinate variation claims, progress claims, EOT submissions, and counterclaims.
Maintain variation registers and claims records to support effective contract administration.
Assess contractual issues involving additional payments, delays, potential breaches, and disputes.
Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve contractual matters.
Provide guidance on contract interpretation, claims preparation, and contractual correspondence.
Maintain accurate records of instructions, site events, claims, notices, and other relevant documentation.
Support negotiations and dispute resolution in accordance with contract provisions.
Guide junior contract personnel and assist with their professional development.
Perform other contract-related duties as assigned.
