DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange and manage all pre-admission procedures for patients.
• Obtain initial and inpatient Guarantee Letters (GL) and ensure timely submission.
• Assist patients with insurance coverage, benefits and payment arrangements.
• Coordinate pre-admission investigations as requested by consultants.
• Provide treatment cost estimates and prepare accurate quotations, including Radiotherapy.
• Assist consultants with insurance applications and follow up through online portals.
• Handle Radiotherapy initial and final Guarantee Letters.
• Respond promptly to enquiries in the doctors' WhatsApp group.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth patient admission.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superior or Management.
• Follow all hospital policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Maintain professionalism, provide good customer service and protect patient confidentiality.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
