Education: Diploma, Advanced Diploma, DVM, DKM Level 4, or DLKM Level 5 in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Working Hours:Willingness to work on a3-shift system (including weekends and public holidays).

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process operations.

Core Skills: Basic technical troubleshooting, strong team leadership, and familiarity with plant safety guidelines.

Supervise operators within designated production processes to ensure tasks are carried out correctly and efficiently

Ensure all log sheets are accurately completed, maintained, and kept up to date

Maintain overall mill cleanliness and housekeeping to ensure a safe and optimal working environment

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner

Facilitate effective communication and proper handover between shift supervisors during shift changes

Supervise and regulate production processes to maintain operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards

Monitor the performance of production processes and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary
