Job Summary
You will lead and supervise construction projects by managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
Supervise construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion of building works
Liaise with clients to communicate project progress and address concerns effectively
Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers to maintain workforce efficiency
Monitor project progress, costs, and safety to ensure compliance with standards and budgets
Conduct quality inspections to verify adherence to specifications and regulations
Prepare detailed site reports, designs, and drawings to support project documentation and decision-making
Maintain quality control checks to uphold construction standards throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and laborers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues
