We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project activities, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Ensure project activities are carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, materials, and manpower utilization.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project execution and quality standards.
• Prepare project progress reports, documentation, and status updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Experience in coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of quality control, safety standards, and engineering practices.
