Have you helped customers, explained unfamiliar information or worked closely with a team?
Those experiences can provide a starting point for learning sales. Royal Organisation is recruiting individuals interested in applying their existing strengths to face-to-face customer engagement and campaign sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage potential customers at assigned campaign locations.
Explain client offerings and respond to questions accurately.
Guide interested customers through the sales or sign-up process.
Review your progress with your coach and work towards sales objectives.
What We Offer

Individual coaching on listening, presenting and customer engagement.
Progression based on results, skills and readiness.

Experience working with people, or willingness to develop that skill.

No previous sales experience required.
