Job Description

- Coordinate with production to ensure the product meet customer requirements.

- Provide training to quality assurance and control's personnel.

- Prepare product specification, inspection and quality plans.

- Determine inspection method.

- Collect and analyze QC data from product measurements to monitor conformity to product requirement.

- Prepare product defects investigation report for customer feedback/complaint.

- Ensure all inspections and testing are carried out by Qc Inspectors and Technicians.

- Liaise with vendors and customers on quality improvement.

- Participate in new material testing and product development projects to ensure product quality performance requirements are met.

- Ensure checking/testing equipment are maintained and calibrated.

- Establishing, implementing, maintaining and updating of food safety management system (if related).

- Ensure food safety awareness in the organization (if related).

- Report matters concerning food safety to Food Safety team leader (if realated).

- Ensure all document procedures is implemented and all staff is adhering to the procedures.

- Perform Quality and Food Safety Management System internal audits (if related).

- Monitor effectiveness of CCP (if related).

- Undertake other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement :

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science, preferable Food Science or related field

- Proficient in computer skills : Ms Word, Excel, Outlook

- Good in writing and documentation skills.

- Good interpersonal, communication and analyticaL skills.

- Must not color blind.

- Able to work on alternate Saturday.

- Able to work at Jalan Tampoi, Johor Bahru.

- Posses own transport.

- Fresh graduate encourage to apply.

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
