Key Responsibilities

Deliver consulting engagements focused on business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, and technology-enabled change.

Gather and analyze business requirements, assess existing processes and platforms, identify gaps, and develop practical recommendations.

Support telecommunications transformation initiatives across OSS and BSS environments, including CRM, order management, billing, provisioning, service assurance, inventory management, and related customer journeys.

Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear business insights, recommendations, dashboards, and visualizations.

Design future-state business processes by identifying opportunities for improvement through technology, process redesign, or new ways of working.

Develop value-driver frameworks and business cases to connect transformation initiatives with measurable business objectives.

Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to structure problems, test hypotheses, and communicate recommendations.

Contribute to business development, proposals, presentations, and other practice-building activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related discipline, or an MBA.

Analyst: 1+ year of relevant professional experience; Consultant: 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Experience in business analysis, consulting, telecommunications, digital transformation, business process re-engineering, operating model design, or related transformation initiatives.

Knowledge or experience across telecommunications OSS/BSS platforms, processes, or customer journeys.

Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience gathering business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Strong Microsoft Excel and presentation development skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data-driven consulting, business intelligence, reporting, dashboarding, or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experience working as a Functional Business Analyst, Product Owner, Process Designer, Service Designer, Scrum Master, or Program Delivery Manager.

Familiarity with Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CSM, SAFe/SPC, TM Forum eTOM, ITIL, PRINCE2, or PMP.

Previous experience within a consulting environment is an advantage.
