About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Service Officer Intern to support our daily operations and customer interactions. This role offers hands-on exposure to logistics coordination and customer management in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Assist in coordinating deliveries, shipments, and order fulfillment

• Track inventory and update stock records

• Liaise with warehouse and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

• Support documentation for inbound and outbound orders

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms

• Follow up on orders, delivery status, and after-sales issues

• Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints

• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• Good communication skills (written & spoken)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
