Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot our HRIS platform for enterprise clients, translating HR process requirements into working system configurations.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of core HR data models and workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, data integrations, and configuration layers, with the ability to work independently in remote customer-facing settings.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tooling or AI features in HR products is a plus.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation in SGD, benchmarked to the mid-level market.
• Fully remote working mode with flexibility across time zones.
• Direct exposure to enterprise HR tech deployments and close collaboration with product and engineering.
• Growth path toward senior forward deployed or solutions architecture roles as the customer base expands.
