Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions to maintain accurate financial records, support business decisions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports to support informed business decision-making
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial closure
• Prepare schedules and documentation for audits, tax filings, and statutory submissions to ensure compliance with regulations
• Process invoicing, payments, and expenses accurately and on schedule to maintain cash flow integrity
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting activities to optimize financial planning
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents to facilitate audit processes and ensure tax compliance
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements to maintain financial integrity
• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and vendors using WhatsApp and Outlook to coordinate operations smoothly
