1.Sales assistants represent the direct contact with clients. They provide general advice to customers.

2. Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the products.

3. Maintain the cleanliness of the store.

4. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.

5. Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
