Job Overview
Our client in Shipping is looking for a responsible and organized
Accounts cum HR Assistant
to handle basic accounting and general HR administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts& Finance
Handle basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
Record and track company expenses, staff claims and reimbursements.
Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions.
Organize invoices, receipts, payment records and other supporting documents.
Maintain company accounting records and provide the necessary documents to the external accountant for accounting and tax matters.
Human Resources & Administration
Handle leave applications, leave records and medical claims.
Assist with CPF-related employee information and other basic HR administrative matters.
Manage general HR documentation and filing.
Provide day-to-day administrative support as required.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and general HR administration.
Familiarity with CPF submissions and employee leave and medical claim administration is an advantage.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Responsible, meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
Good communication skills

Candidates with limited experience or relevant basic accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
Minimum qualification: N-levels / O-levels or equivalent, with basic accounting knowledge preferred.
Candidates with relevant working experience in accounts and HR administration are welcome to apply.
