Role:

• Represent clients in contested and uncontested divorce cases
• Manage custody disputes, maintenance applications, and enforcement proceedings
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
• Handle financial negotiations and contested ancillary matters
• Advise on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, wills, and related legal matters
• Participate in mediation and collaborative family law practices
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal guidance

Requirements:

• >1PQE, called to Singapore Bar
• Prior family law background would be well regarded
