Job Description:
Receive incoming deliveries and verify items against delivery documents.
Handle storage, stock arrangement and preparation of goods for dispatch.
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
Assist with gold and silver authenticity testing and cash handling.
Pick, pack and double-check online orders before shipment.
Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are properly presented.
Handle high-value products with care and follow security procedures.
Identify discrepancies, report operational issues and suggest process improvements.
Job Requirements:
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong checking and counting skills.
Good observation skills with the ability to identify discrepancies.
Honest, trustworthy and responsible when handling high-value products and cash.
Proactive, practical and willing to learn.
Warehouse, inventory or retail operations experience is an advantage.
Prior experience in precious metals is not required but would be beneficial.
