Position Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Working Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates reliably.
Coordinate contractors for repairs and servicing.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Identify and report equipment faults and defects.
Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance supplies.
Support maintenance works across company properties.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
3 years of building or facilities maintenance experience.
Hands-on electrical maintenance and repair skills.
Able to read electrical drawings and diagrams.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems is an advantage.
Able to work independently and responsibly.
Valid Class 3 driving licence and willing to travel between properties.
