Job Description:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate updating of inventory records.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards and proper storage arrangements.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or warehouse supervision.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
