About Pelleton

We turn biomass, organic waste, sewage and sludge into renewable fuel and fertiliser pellets, without thermal drying or compression. For wastewater sludge, this can cut disposal volume by up to 80%. Less waste, lower emissions and better economics for our customers.

What you will do

• Fundraising: build investor target lists, research VCs, PE funds, family offices and strategic investors, and help prepare investor decks and memoranda
• Sales & marketing: generate qualified leads, create content and case studies, and keep the CRM up to date
• Commercial: help identify customers, feedstock suppliers, offtake partners and strategic alliances
• Special projects: work directly with senior leadership and contribute to board and investor reporting

Who you are

• Strong academic record; degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Business or a related field
• 1–5 years in consulting, finance, VC/PE, strategy, sustainability, sales, marketing or climate tech
• Excellent PowerPoint, writing and presentation skills; confident with Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools
• A self-starter who works well with minimal supervision and is curious about climate technology
