We are looking for a HR Executive to support a public agency with the administration of training and development programmes and events, and recruitment support.

• Up to $3,100 per month
• 6-month contract
• North East / East area
• Mon - Fri, office hours

What to expect:

• Coordinate daily HR administrative operations, including staff meal indents, new-hire welcome packs, and mandatory e-learning reminders.
• Maintain onboarding resources and attendance records.
• Provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support for learning and leadership development events i.e., registrations, venue bookings, training materials, procurement, event logistics and trainer support.
• Manage logistics for overseas learning trips including flight bookings, travel policy compliance, nomination documents and acknowledgement records.
• Maintain workforce management records, administer internal job posting exercises, publish vacancies, track applications and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum a Diploma with 1 year of experience in training and development support.
• Comfortable with travelling to assigned campuses within North East and East areas as required (Transport arrangments are provided).
• Good planning, organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
