Job Summary
This position reports to the Director (Training) to develop and conduct training courses and programmes for the company staff and clients.
He will support the organisation initiatives to develop digital training solutions for a LMS for company to support SACE exercises and development of online learning materials.
Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap assessments.
Develop and design staff training programmes, content and learning activities.
Co-ordinate Security Agencies Competency Evaluation (SACE) preparation and development tasks
Monitor employee training records, evaluate learner performance and conduct necessary refresher trainings and upskilling programmes
Support SkillsFuture, WSQ, and Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes.
Required competencies and certifications
Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and competency-based training.
Ability to develop training materials, e-learning content, and assessment tools.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), TMS, and digital learning platforms.
Knowledge of WSQ, SkillsFuture, and CET frameworks.
Data analysis skills for training evaluation and reporting.
Project management and stakeholder coordination skills for learning initiatives.
Other Information
Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months
This position is open for mid-career individuals (mature, 40 years and above).
Have experience in a training environment, particularly for continuing education courses
