The CMMS Executive will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, deployment and ongoing support of IRIS, CPG FM’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), across facilities management projects.
The role works closely with operations teams, clients and contractors to translate operational requirements into effective digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
CMMS Implementation and Deployment
Assist in planning and coordination of IRIS deployments across new and existing projects.
Conduct operational requirements-gathering sessions with clients, facility managers, engineers and service providers.
Translate business and contract requirements into system configurations and implementation plans.
Configure applicable IRIS modules; Establish project structures, sites, locations, user roles, access permissions, service categories, priorities, statuses and escalation rules.
Conduct system training for operations team, call-centre personnel, administrators, contractors and other users; Support user onboarding and account activation.
Gather user feedback and identify actions required to improve adoption and usability.
Support system cutover, go-live and post-deployment stabilization; Provide on-site support where required during rollout and go-live.
Workflow Configuration and Process Improvement
Map existing facilities management processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and improvement.
Design and configure workflows for fault reporting, inspections, work orders, approvals, quotations, claims and other operational processes.
Review existing workflows and recommend improvements based on operational feedback and system data.
Testing and Quality Assurance
Coordinate user acceptance testing with clients and operational teams.
Track defects, configuration issues and enhancement requests through to resolution.
Verify that completed configurations meet approved requirements before deployment.
Maintain proper documentation of test results, outstanding issues and implementation decisions.
System Support and Administration
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for IRIS users.
Investigate reported issues and determine whether they relate to system configuration, workflow logic, user access, data or application defects.
Coordinate with developers and system vendors for technical investigation and resolution.
Maintain an organized record of incidents, resolutions, system changes and enhancement requests.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in CMMS implementation, facilities management digitalization, business systems deployment or a related role.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system workflows or configurations.
Experience with BPMN-based workflow configuration or low-code platforms.
Experience supporting system testing, data migration, user training and application rollout.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Employment Type: 2-years (renewal/convertible) with benefits

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Mon - Thurs: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
