Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
Support children's holistic development, learning, and well-being.
Observe and document children's progress.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong partnerships with parents and families.
Work closely with colleagues to support centre programmes and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and centre policies.
Requirements
ECDA-certified L2 Preschool Educator.
ECDA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
Passion for working with young children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive and nurturing attitude.
Relevant preschool experience is an advantage.
