We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Qmed Asia

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior / Mid-Level Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of digital healthcare solutions across hospitals and healthcare providers in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project implementation, ensuring timely delivery within agreed scope, budget, and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with hospital stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
5. Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal discussions, and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in project management, project coordination, or software implementation.
2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
4. Confident in client presentations, user training, and handling project discussions.
5. Experience in healthcare IT, software implementation, or technology-related projects will be an added advantage.
6. Willingness to travel to hospitals and client sites across Malaysia when required.
