Kelayakan
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR administration.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, with experience implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with HR systems is an added advantage.
- Able to manage HR matters independently, prioritise tasks and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgement.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and employee offboarding.
- Handle employee enquiries, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally, escalating sensitive issues when necessary.
- Coordinate performance reviews and KPI tracking with department heads.
- Develop and update HR policies and SOPs, ensuring alignment with company needs and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain confidential employee records, analyse HR data and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
