Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant professional certification.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.

Knowledge of HVAC, CRAC units, cooling systems and mechanical equipment.

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, including planning and troubleshooting.

Good technical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to provide technical support during non-office hours, weekends and public holidays when required.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and cooling systems in the data centre.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, CRAC units, air-conditioning and cooling systems.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and provide emergency technical support when required.

Carry out maintenance activities, including thermal scanning, CRAC servicing and split-unit air-conditioner maintenance.

Provide mechanical support during power shutdowns, load testing and system upgrades.

Assist in the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, including cooling and fire protection systems.

Monitor equipment performance to ensure smooth and reliable data centre operations.

Prepare maintenance documentation, technical reports and service records.

Support other technical and maintenance activities as assigned.
