• Assist the Sales & Marketing team in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare and update sales quotations, customer databases, reports, and other sales-related documents.
• Support customer communication by responding to inquiries, following up on requests, and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, exhibitions, and company events.
• Create and update marketing materials, presentations, brochures, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Help maintain and organize customer records, sales data, and marketing documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and marketing activities.
• Monitor and compile sales and marketing performance
• Assist in generating ideas and content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Support product launches, customer engagement activities, and branding initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
