Job Summary:
Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Working Location: One North, Fusionopolis Way
6 months contract
Job Responsibilities:
Created and maintained SAP Customer Master Records.
Processed invoices and credit notes, ensuring complete billing documentation.
Resolved billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepared management and AR reports.
Monitored outstanding Accounts Receivables and followed up on overdue payments.
Managed the AR mailbox and responded to billing and payment enquiries.
Performed ad-hoc finance and administrative duties.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable (AR) experience, preferably gained within a shared services environment.
Hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, credit notes, AR monitoring and collection follow-ups.
Familiarity with SAP or other accounting/ERP systems would be advantageous.
