Contract: November 2026 – February/March 2027
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via telephone.
Follow up on customer requests and provide timely assistance.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-up actions.
Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills.
Professional, organised, and responsive when handling enquiries.
Able to commit until at least the end of February 2027, preferably until March 2027.
