Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $3,600, depending on qualification and experience
NITEC / O-Level: $2,500 – $3,100
Higher NITEC / Diploma: $2,600 – $3,400
Degree/ Experienced candidates: Up to $3,600
What You'll Do
• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using schematics.
• Audit incoming parts and resolve process issues.
• Troubleshoot/validate builds with test fixtures, meters, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps.
• Log hours/materials and install software.
• Work independently and train junior staff.
What You Bring
• NITEC or Diploma in a technical field.
• 2–4 yrs in semiconductor/display manufacturing, or equivalent industry/military work.
• Electro-mechanical training or certification.
• Plus: peer training experience, semiconductor process knowledge
Work Environment
Cleanroom, full PPE. Involves prolonged standing, lifting, ladders, confined spaces, and forklifts. Color distinction and noise tolerance required.
Shifts
• Mon–Fri, Tue–Sat, or Sun–Thu: 7am–4pm, 4pm–1:30am, or 11:30pm–9am
• 3-4-4-3 (12-hr) starting late-Jan 2027: 7am–7:15pm or 7pm–7:15am
