JOB TYPE:

12 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, quality, and resource plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with business, technical, and functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage client expectations and maintain clear, proactive communication with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project governance, status meetings, steering committee discussions, and project reporting.
• Drive Agile project management practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on ERP project delivery and best practices.
• Identify and resolve complex project issues by collaborating across multiple teams.
• Champion project management best practices to improve team performance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation/delivery projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong experience in Project/Program Management, including scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex technology or business application projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile Project Management and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / Business Applications will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Delivery Excellence, ERP delivery frameworks, and project governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced client-facing environment
