Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day office operation, cleanliness, and utility services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for building management, service technicians, and contractors.
• Manage office equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate timely repairs.
• Track and manage inventory for stationery, pantry supplies, office equipment, and consumables.
• Liaise with finance teams to ensure timely payment processing for suppliers , contractors and utility providers.
• Coordinate with external service providers (cleaning, security, courier, facility maintenance).
• Assist in tracking lease agreements, service contracts, and vendor renewals.
• Maintain structured digital and physical filing systems for administrative files and company records in line with privacy regulations (PDPA).
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and general administrative correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and transport bookings for staff and management.
• Local Authority Compliance: Act as the primary liaison officer with local municipal councils
• Maintain a central log of company properties, land titles, tenancy agreements, lease terms, and expiry dates.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
