Are you a fresh graduate with a passion for events and looking to kick-start your career in the exciting events industry?

Macro Events is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainees to join our team. This position offers hands-on exposure to event planning, creative conceptualisation, client servicing, business development and on-site event execution.

Successful candidates will receive guidance and practical training while working alongside experienced event professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organising and executing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and roadshows.

• Support the preparation of event proposals, presentations and quotations.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative event concepts and ideas.

• Assist in client servicing, meetings and project coordination.

• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations and coordinate event requirements.

• Support project budgeting, cost management and event logistics planning.

• Coordinate event manpower, schedules, production requirements and on-site operations.

• Assist in event setup, rehearsals, execution and teardown.

• Work closely with various departments to ensure successful event delivery.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications or related disciplines.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. No full-time working experience required.

• Previous part-time event experience, internships or involvement in event organising will be an added advantage.

• Passionate about the events industry and eager to learn.

• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

• Creative, resourceful, proactive and willing to take initiative.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.
