Kerja Sepenuh Masa Logistic Driver (Cold Chain - Frozen Supply), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di Frosty Wave Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking a responsible, reliable, and punctual Logistic Driver to manage the distribution and delivery of our temperature-sensitive frozen goods. You will be responsible for safe transport, daily route planning, maintaining vehicle upkeep, and ensuring products are delivered intact and on time to our retail merchandising partners, as well as HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) accounts.

Key Responsibilities / Job Scope:

• Delivery Operations (Cold Chain):

Deliver frozen supplies—including Ice Cream, Frozen Packs, and Frozen Smoothie Cups—to major merchandising retail chains (e.g., 7-Eleven, myNEWS, CU Mart, etc.) and HORECA outlets (Hotels, Cafes, Restaurants).

• Temperature Control & Product Care:

Handle all frozen cargo with strict care to ensure the cold chain is maintained throughout transit.

Ensure products are kept at required temperatures to prevent melting or damage during loading, transport, and unloading.

• Daily Itinerary & Route Planning:

Plan and organize daily delivery routes efficiently to optimize time, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules.

• Outstation Deliveries (Long-Haul):

Undertake occasional outstation/long-haul delivery runs across state lines as needed.

(Extra outstation allowances/incentives provided).

• Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:

Take full ownership of vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness.

Monitor service/maintenance schedules, coordinate regular repairs, and oversee vehicle requirements for PUSPAKOM inspections and licensing renewals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

License: Valid GDL (Goods Driving License) at least 6 month before expiry with a clean driving record.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in cold chain logistics or handling food and beverage products.

Knowledge: Familiarity with routes in local areas and major highways. Basic understanding of cold-room/refrigerated truck operation is an added advantage.

Physical Fitness: Ability to handle loading, unloading, and physical work associated with goods transport.

Attributes: High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and good communication skills when dealing with outlet staff and internal coordinators.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
