Senior Digital Service Manager

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Digital Service Manager to join a large-scale public sector digital programme in Singapore. You will work within a multi-disciplinary delivery team building and running mission-critical public-facing systems on Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital-service delivery and operations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams
• Monitor service KPIs and drive improvements
• Manage stakeholders

What you will bring

• 5+ years in IT service management or digital service delivery
• IT service management
• Digital platforms
• Agile practices
• Performance analytics
• Stakeholder engagement

Qualifications & certifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT or related
• ITIL certification preferred

Work arrangement

• Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
• Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
• Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
