About the Role
We are looking for an engaging, results-driven TikTok Live Host to represent AGrader on our official TikTok account. As the face of our TikTok LIVE sessions, you will engage viewers, present our enrichment programmes with energy and clarity, and turn that engagement into enrolments and sales.

This is a shift-based freelance role. You can commit to one or more shifts per week based on your availability, with room to take on more as our TikTok presence grows. If you enjoy presenting on camera, connecting with a live audience and working towards sales targets, this role is for you.

Please note this is a sales and hosting role. It does not involve teaching or academic instruction.

What You Will Do

• Host TikTok LIVE sessions on AGrader’s official account to promote our enrichment programmes
• Engage viewers in real time by responding to comments, answering questions and addressing concerns to build rapport that leads to enrolments
• Present programme highlights, benefits and promotions clearly and persuasively, in line with campaign plans
• Use TikTok LIVE features such as pinned comments, featured offers and polls to keep viewers engaged

What We Are Looking For

• Confident and comfortable presenting live on camera
• Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, emceeing or on-camera content creation; experience hosting TikTok LIVE or TikTok Shop streams is strongly preferred
• Strong spoken English, as all live sessions are conducted in English
• A good working knowledge of TikTok LIVE, including its features, audience behaviour and community guidelines
• Familiarity with basic livestreaming setup (phone or camera, lighting, ring lights, audio)
• Available for weekend shifts and peak sale periods
• Motivated by sales results and keen to keep improving your session performance

Good to Have

• Experience planning or scripting live content segments
• A track record of growing viewership or driving sales on TikTok

Shift Options
All sessions are held onsite at one of our centres in Singapore, Monday to Sunday. The specific location will be confirmed at the interview stage.

Available shifts:

• 11.30 AM – 2.30 PM
• 3.00 PM – 6.00 PM
• 6.30 PM – 9.30 PM

Availability during school holidays and major sale campaigns (e.g. 11.11, 12.12) is a plus.

Pay and Terms
An hourly base rate of $25 to $50 (based on experience), plus commission on session sales.
