Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Maintenance Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di MUSIM MASTIKA OILS & FATS (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the reliable and efficient operation of site utilities, including high- and medium-pressure gas/fuel-fired boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, softeners, and DI water systems.
• Plan and implement scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) for all utility equipment and lead annual maintenance shutdowns for boilers and unfired pressure vessels, in compliance with FMA (Steam Boiler and Unfired Pressure Vessel) Regulations 1970.
• Monitor boilers daily for operational efficiency, promptly reporting and rectifying any issues.
• Order goods and spare parts as needed, ensuring critical items are always available and managing the engineering inventory effectively.
• Service and repair equipment or machinery; coordinate with external contractors for repairs that cannot be handled internally.
• Supervise subordinates, namely boilermen and the maintenance team. Manage their work assignments, shifts, and overtime.
• Maintain a comprehensive documentation system for plant maintenance, ensuring records are audit-ready and updating the certification system as necessary.
• Prepare monthly utility reports and arrange for DOSH inspection
• Address safety, health, and environmental issues promptly, especially concerning emissions and loss of containment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years hands-on working experience in manufacturing industry preferably in utility environment.
• Certified with a Grade 2 Steam Engineer Competent Certification from DOSH (JKKP).
• Experience in similar capacity with hands-on experience in trouble shooting, maintenance/repair and operation for steam boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, raw water treatment plants and etc.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
