Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Associate, Affiliate Product and Activity Operations di Lazada Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive Lazada Malaysia's China products promotion across the Affiliate and LazMall channels. Lead daily product and campaign operations within the Affiliate channel. On LazMall, own daily product operations, user engagement, and the planning and execution of global brand activities, with a focus on driving both user acquisition and GMV growth.
2. Demonstrate strong sensitivity to the brand market and deep user insight. Develop product strategies tailored to Malaysian user preferences, and improve conversion efficiency through targeted campaign operations.
3. Lead the incubation of new China brands by designing and executing launch campaigns aligned with Malaysian user preferences.
4. Collaborate across teams and integrate resources from multiple stakeholders to jointly drive projects from planning through to execution.

Job Requirements:

1. University graduate with fluent English speaking and writing skills.
2. Proven experience in e-commerce business, with a preference for brand online operation and marketing .
3. Strong user-centric mindset, with the ability to understand user needs and pain points through various methods.
4. Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
5. Experience on integrated marketing is a plus.
