Job Title: Production Operator (Surface Treatment & Coating)
Location: Senai, Johor

About Us:

We are growing surface finishing and high-performance coating solutions provider based in Senai, Johor. We specialize in manual and automated spray painting, precision finishes, and advanced surface treatments. We are looking for energetic and motivated Production Technicians to join our expanding team. Fresh technical graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate manual or semi-automated spray painting lines, curing ovens, and cleaning equipment based on standard guidelines.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform simple daily cleaning and checking of production tools (such as spray guns, nozzles, and filters) to keep the line running smoothly.
• Material Mixing: Assist in preparing and mixing paints, coatings, and chemical solvents according to the specified formula and ratios.
• Quality Check: Perform visual inspections on finished products to detect surface defects (e.g., dust, scratches, or uneven paint) and use basic tools to measure coating thickness.
• Safety & 5S: Keep the production area clean and safe; strictly follow factory safety rules and wear appropriate protective gear (PPE).

Job Requirements:

• Education: SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia), Certificate, or Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical, etc.). Candidates with SPM and good factory experience are also welcome.
• Experience:
• Fresh Graduates/Entry-level applicants are highly encouraged to apply (On-the-job training will be fully provided).
• 1 year of experience in factory production, spray painting, or automotive coating is an added advantage.
• Skills & Attitude:
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail to catch product defects.
• Eager to learn new both hands-on and technical skills.
• Language: Able to understand and communicate in basic Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Working Hours: Willing to work in shifts and perform overtime (OT) when required by the production schedule.
